W4: Quality Management Sub-Plan

13330As a graduate student, you are expected to understand a topic’s roots to create your informed opinion. In this course, in addition to our weekly readings, you will complete scholarly research to establish a theoretical foundation about high-impact project management topics: including what thought leaders are stating, what are the trends in current research, and what are the criticisms.

In order to get to the root of current trends in project management topics, you will use scholarly databases, such as the electronic Library or Google Scholar, to produce quality articles in your search results. From the results of your search, you will evaluate and select sources to inform our weekly outcomes then document your sources.

This week our focus is on Project Quality Management, and you will deliver a The Quality Management Subplan. Use the outline below as a Table of Contents for your assignment. See the Sub-Plan Rubric for grading criteria.

A. Purpose: (write a 150 – 200 word description informed by theory)
