In the section covering the arguments I had a hard time understanding how the part that spoke of STDs, and abstinence went together. (this is probably just me not reading clear) but it might make it a little easier to read if there was more information regarding this point in the argument.
In the associated injustices section, it would be nice to know what kind of laws teachers are making in their classrooms against the LGBTQ students. I feel adding this would help you drive the point you are making home, and would help to pull at the heart strings of those reading this essay.
In your conclusive section it would be nice to see where you feel that your views fall in regards to this topic, and the cultural competence continuum.
