This week, you will just review the Athletic Equality Index & the Tucker Center for Research on Girls and Women in Sport’s Women Coaches Report Card. You can choose whatever score card but need 1 scorecard from each website .For the AEI specifically, you will need to go to the “schools” tab to search for specific schools and how they were scored. You can use this one and pick a random one from the tucker center https://aei.athleteally.org/institution/oregon-state-university/

The purpose of this series of assignment is to reflect on and evaluate the effectiveness of tracking indicators of a sport organization’s investment diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) within sport organizations using a scorecard approach to hold organizations accountable and to further promote DEIB in sport. Additionally, this assignment is an opportunity to envision possible strategies that could further enhance the effectiveness of using scorecards to promote DEIB in sport. Students will review three organizations’ scorecards for promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging and tracking longitudinal data about sport organizations’ efforts.

Individual Scorecard Summary & Evaluation (x2)
