Personal Reflection Assessment: A very significant part of being an effective and compassionate leader is reflection. To have the courage to look at the type of leader that you are, the elements that motivate you, and equally as important to assess your “blind spots” that you have recognized for improvement. Utilize this assignment to review the learnings throughout the semester and to bring it all together that will benefit your growth and fine-tune your personal ethical leadership style.

Purpose: To reflect on how your personal leadership style has evolved over the semester, focused on your personal and professional growth, relevant findings, and where you would like to be as an ethical leader, as compared to where you were at the beginning of the semester. Remember, there is no right or wrong answer, but please make it meaningful by being open and honest in your assessment.
