So I’m assuming the report you’re going to write about the high costs, the dangers of going without insurance, the lack of viable options for students–things like that. So the outline is the one thing you’d need to continue to work on. The reset of the proposal looks good. So get the outline filled out with all the things you indented to write about, then start working on the first draft assignment. There are video instructions in the Unit folder for the assignment. Be sure to read download and watch them as they will walk you step by step through the assignment and you’ll be done in about twenty minutes.
