While there are many considerations when thinking about social media and your professional career, there are certainly advantages to using social media when seeking a job, specifically using something like LinkedIn.

• If you haven't set up a LinkedIn account, and do not wish to set one up, use this LinkedIn profile template [DOCX] Download LinkedIn profile template [DOCX]to create a mock LinkedIn profile in a Word document. Identify one of the recommendations from the chapter to incorporate in your LinkedIn profile.
• Share a link to your profile or attach the completed mock profile document to the discussion. Share what change or addition you chose to incorporate into your profile and why.
