This week, you need to provide an overview of the organization

This week, you need to provide an overview of the organization. This will include the organization’s name; description of the organization; industry, mission, and vision of the organization; values and governance; and current performance. Has the organization been successful overall? Why? Could the organization be successful? Very broadly, where is the organization headed? Consider a 3-5 year time frame both prior to the present and into the future. (No dense histories, please, just enough to bring us up to date.) Describe whether the organization’s strategy is a “winning strategy” as outlined in your text.

This Overview of the Organization, including the introduction, should be at least two to three (2-3) pages long and should use at least three (3) references. One of these references should be the organization’s website.

Your report must include the following in the organization’s overview:

Organization’s information

Mission

Vision

Values and Governance

Current performance

Key Success Factors
