Choose an Org

Contrast the traditional and modern approaches used to identify the system requirements. Choose any organization that you prefer, whether its an organization you work for or one of interest to you. Select one approach that you would recommend to the organization and support the rationale for your choice.  It does not matter their current process as you will propose your recommended approach to that organization regardless of what they are currently utilizing, Include supporting scholarly research references, such as a journal article, that supports your choice.  2 or 3 references are good.
