Assignment 07: Real Life Problem Solving: Execution Portion of Anti-Terrorism (MIDTERM)

9826Objective:
Each student will choose one of the scenarios and create the execution portion of that specific task. This will be completed on a Word Document. Any sketches (if needed) must be either hand drawn then scanned and sent to me via e-mail or must be drawn using any Microsoft Application such as Microsoft Paint (preferred).

Choose One Scenario:

Scenario 1. A suspicious package was located at the entrance of one of your facilities. You work in a 5-facility complex with over 500 people total in that complex. You must implement the execution portion of your Anti-Terrorism (AT) plan.

Provide me with an Execution Portion of your AT plan that deals with suspicious packages. If you work on a military base, this is part of your base; if you do not work on a base, this is a civilian sector location. Either way, MOU/MOA’s must be added along with sketches, if appropriate. If you don’t know if these will be needed then that means they are needed.

Scenario 2. You work in the civilian sector and one of the local news agencies just reported that a white powdery substance was just discovered in an open package at the courthouse that is located right next door to your facility.

Provide me with an Execution portion of your AT Plan that deals with Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear agents for your facility.

Scenario 3. Your boss recently informed you that he plans on building a new office facility 500 meters across the parking lot of your facility and he asked you to ensure that the architecture design was in compliance with FEMA standards.

Provide me with the Execution portion of your AT plan that deals with new construction. You will ALSO need to research and add what government publications deal with new construction standards.
