6020-Review of Evidence for Treating Specific Disorders

For this discussion you will review evidence related to achieving high-quality outcomes for a specific condition, disease, or disorder that has characteristics related to metabolic balance or glucose regulation.

The following are some examples that would be appropriate to research for this discussion (if you would like to pursue a different topic, please check with your instructor):

Hypothyroidism.

Select a disorder, disease, or condition that has a basis in metabolic balance or glucose regulation.
