Theory matrix assessment

This is a two-part assignment. 

1. the Excel theory matrix by consulting the literature ontheir topic, referencing at least 10 peer-reviewed publications. Students mustcomplete the matrix indicating their name, topic, and proposed ecological levelof influence;

2.  in a separate Word document the student should articulate theirchosen theory with a brief justification/explanation of your choice (<1-pagedouble spaced) and also provide the 10 references used in this assignment.Please use proper APA or AMA style in this reference list. Students may selectany one of the following theories: (a) Transtheoretical Model, (b) HealthBelief Model, (c) Theory of Planned Behavior, (d) Social Support Theory, (e)Social Network Theory, (f) Social Cognitive Theory, or (g) Diffusion ofInnovations Theory.

Specifictarget population:  LGBTQ+ in US Navalactive duty

Health objective: Toreduce the prevalence of suicidal ideation among the LGBTQ+ in US Naval activeduty military by 30% within 2 years of program implementation.

Behavioral objective:To increase help-seeking behavior of suicidal ideation among the LGBTQ+ in USNaval active duty military in by 50% within 1 year of program implementation.
