Strategic Planning for a Virtual Team

Learn-E-Now is expanding its reach in international markets. The company plans to incorporate the use of a virtual environment for international team meetings. This expansion will include the recruiting of, and engagement of, virtual team members from three different countries in Africa to handle product development, distribution, marketing, sales, and service in the international markets. As a manager within Learn-E-Now Inc., you are tasked with presenting a framework of how Learn-E-Now should proceed with this project in terms of managing virtual teams. This powerpoint framework for this project must include the following,

• State the current situation of Learn-E-Now Inc.
• Describe the goals of the team and what the desired outcome should be.
• Develop the rules of engagement keeping in mind cultural awareness, diversity, and inclusion.
• Develop a protocol for conflict handling.
• Explain what you want to accomplish in the team kickoff meeting.
• Select the team meeting software that you will use for the company.
• Explain why you selected that particular software.
• Must use at least three scholarly, peer-reviewed, or credible sources in addition to the course text.
