Select any topic from Operations Management course and analyze that process at YU. Evaluate the existing process and propose process improvements. Create a three-D board of the project. The board should be innovative and creative and must contain good information about the topic. 2. Create a game related to the project. 3. Submit the Written report about your project. The report should include: • Introduction • The process you have studied. • Problems in the process. • Your proposed solution. 4. Five bonus points will be given to the best group and Three bonus points to the secondbest group.
