In this Assignment, you will submit two deliverables: a plan of action that is presented as a narrated PowerPoint presentation and a written analysis.

Complete the plan of action, using the template in the Learning Resources, that includes the following:

An introduction to the problem

A description of the current and ideal states

A list of factors that hinder/help

A description of the process to collect rankings and to put them in a quadrant matrix. Maintain the privacy of your peer participants while describing the process.

• A copy of the completed quadrant matrix and an explanation of what it shows along with how it helped you identify which quadrant you are focusing on for the plan of action
• A proposal with a list of recommendations to address the problem
• A conclusion
• Narration associated with each slide in the PowerPoint presentation that explains the visuals and text on the slide and that relates to the heading
• Write an analysis:
• Explain how you took your quadrant matrix and turned it into a plan of action.
• Explain the importance of sharing research findings with stakeholders. Point to specific examples in your PowerPoint presentation that highlight how you have applied best practices in sharing research.
• Consider your capstone project topic. How can you apply a plan of action to go from current state to ideal state?
