Drawing on this information as well as that from The Media Bias Chart, choose one news program from the Hyper-Partisan or Skews Left sections and one from the Hyper-Partisan Right or Skews Right sections. Read a newspaper and/or watch a broadcast from each then make a list of the topics covered and the ways in which they were reported. Did you notice a difference? If so, what were the differences? If not, how were they similar? Do you agree with Vanessa Otero’s observations about the news media? Why or why not? Be sure to include your lists in your posting.
