Briefly write why you chose this person, then analyze the interview and describe what you learned. For example, examine what might have been unexpected or even alarming about the person, position or organization. Explore how your perceptions of the field may have been confirmed or altered. Consider how your faith (Christian) might connect with the profession.

8) What are some qualifications you look for in a new hire?
