Ears red bilaterally with fluid noted in the left ear. Redness noted to the back of the throat, both nares noted with thicken green secretion. coarse crackles heard in both the right and left lungs. Skin hot to touch and moist. Abdomen soft and non-distented and no tenderness noted. No swelling or edema noted too bilaterally extremities. for a patient with “My entire head and body is hurting, and I feel pressure in my ears, and my face behind my eyes.
