Summary of strengths:
Acquiring knowledge is my greatest affirmation. I comprehend my influence and as such recognized I have to set limits with my patients and coworkers. As a result of my nursing foundation and moral up bringing I have the propensity of not running to conclusion in my daily life and as a result its not demanding to use this assert in my professional environment. Been able to acknowledge my meekness is also one of my strengths. Especially when the ultimate health decision for others well-being is delegated to me it is important to know the limit of my expertise and to seek help immediately when needed.
Opportunities for growth:
In general medicine as well as mental health the assessment and proper diagnosis is prime, so working closely with the MD, all members of the treatment team during the next 10 to 11 weeks will grant me the appropriate occasion to advance with this skill.
