Conduct Market Research

Writing a marketing plan is very involved and time consuming. For the purposes of this assignment, we will be conducting market research by doing a combined property and competitive analysis of three (3) Orlando meeting hotels. After researching those hotels, you will provide a brief summary of each hotel’s strengths and opportunities. The three (3) hotels are Rosen Shingle Creek, Orlando World Center Marriott, and the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort.

Include in the comparisons information about the number of sleeping rooms, total number of meeting room space, dining options, hotel amenities, total capacity for various meeting set ups, and so on. Review the chart sample below.
