inviting high school student to attend vitural meeting

Ms. Love, 

Per the request of President Blanchard, the Office of Admissions will host a virtual Counselor Connection event in early July.  This event will assist high school and community college counselors and provide information about our degree programs and admissions requirements.  We know that their students have a number of questions as they consider their options after high school or when transferring from a community college.  Can you please draft a proposed agenda for the day of the event?  Also, please prepare a formal memo to personally invite counselorsand encourage them to attend?  Once this has been approved, I would like for you to schedule a meeting with the appropriate colleagues to discuss the event logistics and program.
