Summary: Purpose of the change
The change aims to adopt a hybrid workplace that allows employees to continue working even in the event of a virus or even worse events than the pandemic that is drawing to a close. The company is returning to the semblance of normal work. The proposed work-from-home policy aims to allow workers and the company to consider adopting long-term out-of-work office arrangements.
Analysis Need for the change
A lot of value lies in adopting the work-from-home policy for the business. First, 75% of the workforce working remotely during the pandemic has shown interest in continuing. A product score carried out by the company also showed that 47% of the workforce reported increased productivity during that time. Based on these facts, there is a need to adopt change.
