In the Amazon processes, chart, supporting efficacy improvement is achievable by defining the opportunity for improvement and measuring the performance of existing processes. Analyzing the process to find defects and root causes, improving processes by addressing root causes and controlling any improved processes, and assessing future process performance to correct deviations. Similarly, managing customer response, stock management and improved verification and approval of credit in customers will improve the processes' performance and management.
Summary
The online ordering process at Amazon accommodates fundamental processes including order entry and management, inventory track management, Amazon inventory, and track management, shipment processing and post-order support, and outsourcing order processing. In the Flow chart process, the process begins with customer placement of an order of a product or item, whereby, there is the processing of an order and checking of the credit status of the client to approve credit. In the case where the credit status is not approved by the Amazon online entry and management team, the order is canceled, while if the credit status is approved the proceeds to the next level of echoing stock.
When the stock is not in, the team contacts the customer with the dispatch date. If the stock is in the processes moves to forward the order to the warehouse, and subsequent requests of the shipping order management by inventory track management, Amazon inventory and track management, shipment processing, and post-order support in Amazon online request and delivery. Consequently, the process sends mail to confirm shipping by raising the invoice and sending an invoice to the assembling team. The assembly team packages the item and the invoice is shipped, completing the process. Additionally, there is the post-order support Amazon assessing customer satisfaction and the need to provide an effective platform for quality service delivery.

Therefore, the improved process will accommodate the future anticipated increment in online requests and delivery.
