As a presenter next week, you have been asked to help promote the conference on social media. Before post an initial message that does both of the following:
1 Provide a social media message appropriate for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other social media platform. The message should encourage participation in next week’s communications conference, specifically your presentation at that conference. Be creative!!
2 Discuss the strategies you used in your social media message by answering the following questions:
Which social media platform would your posting be most appropriate for (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and why did you choose that platform for advertising the conference?

1 )Be authentic and personable.
A social media posting is not a billboard or newspaper advertisement. Each posting is the opportunity to engage with current or potential customers as well as competitors. Just like a person, post holiday greetings and highlight milestones, such as anniversaries of the company’s founding, volunteerism or giving programs, and significant new changes within the company. Give the audience a peek behind the curtain of the company, such as spotlighting specific employees, everyday activities, or special events.
2)Repeat, repeat, and repeat.
Although the exact same content should not be reused multiple times, multiple messages should present the same idea. Feeds are fast. A tweet from five hours ago may not have been seen. Provide the same message using different content to make it more likely that the audience sees the idea. For instance, if the first message used a video, try an image in a later message to communicate the same idea.
3) Connect with advocates and influencers.
Social media is about community. Like postings or follow users with similar interests, thus making your presence known in the community. As a result, some influencers might voluntarily promote your business or be paid or provided with free products to do so.
