It is hard to identify specific content that you are intending to address each criterion as the paper is not divided into sections with headings according to the criterion. In addition, I do not see where specific missed steps or protocol deviations for this incidence are discussed. Please review the assignment instructions and section your paper where I can identify the content you intend to speak to each criterion.
