Thank you for your submission of this assessment related to the adverse events surrounding the HAPIs. I enjoyed reviewing your work. It is hard to identify specific content that you are intending to address each criterion as the paper is not divided into sections with headings according to the criterion. In addition, I do not see where specific missed steps or protocol deviations for this incidence are discussed. Please review the assignment instructions and section your paper where I can identify the content you intend to speak to each criterion. You have great information here and I look forward to seeing how you match it to the scoring guide. I will delete this attempt if needed. Thank you.

1. While you have great information within this paper, I do not see where my previous feedback has been addressed with focus on the assessment criteria. Again, lost of great information but much of the scoring guide is not addressed.
