For this assignment, you are continuing in the hypothetical role of a crime analyst, working with colleagues and other researchers. As discussed in the interactive media, your supervisors have asked you to present ideas on how portions of the funding recently received by the department could be utilized in a research study.
You will need to consolidate your analysis into a slide presentation and inform your work with discussions of recent published studies in community policing. If your presentation is compelling, your ideas may guide the design of a new study and the allocation of a portion of the funds received.
