These metrics could reveal how effectively resources are being used and whether they add value. If performance was lacking, my “get well plan” would include preventive maintenance, such as replacing outdated or inefficient equipment, and implementing technology to monitor asset performance. I would also invest in employee training to make sure that proper use of assets and consider outsourcing or leasing options if more cost-effective. These steps would help restore operational efficiency and reduce the risk of service delays.
