A human quality that value the most on a coworker is work ethic and the ability to get task completed in a timely manner. I have been in the work force for nearly 30 yrs and a pet peeve of mine is of someone that is not caring their weight. One time I can recall two coworkers had an altercation in a break room at work and I was the mediator. I stressed the fact that we all need this job and proceeded to separate them in different directions. Letting know that the distressed party’s need to calm down and think about how they are acting was key for a positive outcome. Analyst help an organization by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance performance/efficiencies (Google, 2025). Analyst can gain greater insight into target markets, enhance decision-making capabilities, create targeted strategies/marketing campaigns, and improve operational inefficiencies/minimize risk (Penn LPS, 2022). The only downside that I could see an analyst cause is having too many with too many ideas that contradict each other. If valuable time is getting wasted on disagreeing, then processes will be neglected for improvement.
