AI will drive employment changes through job transformation instead of full job replacement in most situations. Automation will remove repetitive tasks from the workforce while simultaneously generating new job prospects in sectors like AI development as well as data science and cybersecurity together with ethics oversight. Various industries will embrace hybrid workforces that combine AI systems with human workers to support decision-making instead of fully automating human roles (Rainer & Prince, 2023).
