Assignment 4: Event Proposal (Group Assignment—20% of Grade) COMM 2312: Technical and Professional Communication Instructions Form a group of three or four students to prepare and present a proposal for the following project: A group of Canadian university students is visiting PMU for ten days, from Aug 14 to 24, 2024. Your group is a committee whose task is to present the PMU Student Council with a proposal for an event during which PMU and visiting students can enjoy themselves on Aug 20. This event should be fun and held in a local venue (e.g., restaurant, resort, desert camp) in the Eastern Province. Present your proposal to the class orally, as if the class were the committee. Use PowerPoint as visual support. The presentation should last about 10 minutes.
