Documentary Script Final

For this module, your goal is to finish, edit, and submit

the script you’ll use for your documentary.

Length – The documentary video should be 4-6 minutes long, so the

completed version of your script should be 500 – 750 words. Feel

free to go over that if necessary, but only if all the content is absolutely stellar!

What to Include

– You’ve got a lot of freedom to write this thing up however you’d like. I would like you to include all the sources you’ve gathered through – 3 secondary sources, 3 primary sources, and 3 artifacts. You don’t have to call out the secondary sources by name (but do use parenthetical citations when you reference information from them). For the primary sources and artifacts, I think it makes sense to call them out verbally (e.g., “In his Description of Greece, the 2nd century CE writer Pausanias describes his journey to the Temple of Apollo at Delphi.”). Outside of the sources, just make sure to talk about your substance in all three cultures. Other than that – be creative and have some fun with it!

Citations –

Whenever you reference secondary sources, primary sources, or artifacts, make sure to put in a parenthetical citation (Stephan 2022, 167). Then, at the end, have a bibliography with the full bibliographic entries. You should already have these full entries from your Annotated Bibliography.
