Examine the WBS in PMBOK 7, Figure 10-9–See the Case Study Rubric for grading criteria. Create a Work Package by using the following guidance:

A work package is the lowest level of the WBS.
It is output-oriented in that it:
Defines work (what).
Identifies time to complete a work package (how long).
Identifies a budget to complete a work package (cost).
Identifies resources needed to complete a work package (how much).
Identifies a person responsible for units of work (who).
Identifies monitoring points for measuring success (how well).
NOTE: Select any branch of the WBS. The purpose of this assignment is to create the work package level of detail, not to evaluate your knowledge of the project. Use your IT experience and best estimates when filling in the details.
