Product: Create a combination reflective and scholarly research paper on effective leadership based on key traits and behaviors. The goal is to create a formal paper that you present at your state’s educational administrators leadership conference. It should clearly reflect your personal beliefs about effective leadership, but also include a strong research basis that supports your perspective.
Create a ranked list of the “Top Ten” Traits/ Behaviors of an Effective Leader.
Give a brief narrative rationale for each trait/behavior selected and why you ranked it at that Tier in your list. (4-5 complete sentences minimum for all paragraphs.).
Include research to support your rational for trait/behavior inclusion and ranking.
Include personal reflection as to the importance of each trait/behavior from your perspective of leadership.
