Scenario: You are the principal of a grades 6-8 middle school in a suburban/metro area. Your school has a majority-minority student population of 900 comprised of multiple ethnic subpopulations; however, your teaching, administrative, and support staff are primarily Caucasian. Recently, you have received numerous complaints from students, staff, and parents about a negative school climate.
