The goal of the project is to use the frameworks, concepts, and techniques from class to critically evaluate a multinational firm, its industry and two foreign countries. For the foreign countries, you are expected to evaluate the attractiveness of one country in which your firm has a presence and one country in which your firm does not have a presence but intends to establish its presence.

I have to work on one specific part of the project. Analysis of your firm’s competitive advantages (and disadvantages). Use the Value Chain analysis tool that you’ve learned and your firm’s Integration Responsiveness (IR) Framework strategy in your analysis in parts (c) and (d). Please describe how well your firm fits with the industry/environment pressures you analyzed in part (c).
