The goal of the project is to use the frameworks, concepts, and techniques from class to critically evaluate a multinational firm, its industry and two foreign countries. For the foreign countries, you are expected to evaluate the attractiveness of one country in which your firm has a presence and one country in which your firm does not have a presence but intends to establish its presence.
I have to work on one specific part of the project. Analysis of your firm’s competitive advantages (and disadvantages).
