please respond to the following discussion post as a peer making a comment. “For my project the primary stakeholders are the residents, family members, and employees working at the community. My project is all about the safety of the building. Making sure that everything is up to the highest standards of safety for the residents. These audits or excellence reviews are performed every quarter, so we can make sure that the residents, their family members, and the employees’ environment is at its best. One of the main reasons, that an older adult will look to move into a senior living community is for the safe environment they provide, especially if they believe they can no longer have that sense of safety in their current environment. This can be for various reasons like, unexpected health emergencies, accidents, or crime that could happen in or near their current community. (Li et al., 2023) As a senior living community, we want to provide a supportive and protective environment for each resident. This includes putting up hand rails to prevent potential fall hazards. We offer as many resources for physical and mental health as we can, along with having a friendly and social community environment.
