Merger or Acquisition?

Well, you’ve not only created quite a buzz in the public consciousness, single-handedly accelerating the general public’s interest in electric vehicles, but also unexpectedly piqued the interest of Tesla. Senior leadership announced that they have received a call from Elon Musk, himself, who is already hinting at the prospect of a REvolt merger or acquisition on X.

The million-dollar question is what should REvolt’s next move be? Shareholders are excited about the idea of riding the gravy train to high dividends or cashing out with a 50x or more multiplier. Meanwhile, REvolt employees are more worried than ever, given the potential for a technology acquisition that does not include bringing over the REvolt employee base (or quickly laying them off once the M&A transaction is completed).
