Objective: To use the steps of the R.A.C.E. formula to investigate and evaluate a real-world public relations crisis.

Do not repeat what you wrote for Parts 1, 2, and 3 in your submission for this assignment. “Evaluating the Program” – measurement – is the critical Step 4 in the Four-Step Public Relations Process. For this part of your final project, you should describe how the organization measured its program effectiveness or how it might have measured it.

At the end, write a short conclusion to the paper summing up your key points of all steps without rehashing the details of your four-step analysis. Expect this part of the assignment to be at least two pages.
