Contemporary management issue topic: Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity 

Required to conduct research to gather additional information on the assigned topic. You can use resources such as articles, company websites, new stories, books, and journal articles to collect information on the topic. 

The purpose of this project is for you to think about improving contemporary issues in management with new opportunities by using the principles of sound management techniques. 

To do this assignment will involve choosing a “hypothetical” company, or a division of that company, that you are looking to improve, by addressing a contemporary issue, Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity. 

Please create your project with a “real-life” perspective. Writing a proposal to a senior executive can make a difference in your career. Be concise, clear, check grammar, simple and effective. If you have any questions let me know. Prepare a brief paper, a proposal executive summary style to present to the company CEO.

Executive Overview: The paper should:

? Provide an overview of 1 paragraph providing overview of the “hypothetical” company, or division what will be covered in the paper.

? Identify and explain the contemporary issue, 1 paragraph

? The body of the paper contains your solution and/or strategies to remedy the issue, with sound rational and justification. Site at least 1 or 2 references (APA Format). Include the strategy to implement your idea to make it viable.

? Explain your anticipated outcomes and benefits to the company 

You can provide ways the organization could manage these forces, and explain how business can alleviate particular problem. Writing proposals is a “real-life” skills a manager can utilize, to promote an idea to senior level executives. Your paper should be, clear, concise and no longer than 2 pages.
