I need assistance with the background section of my final paper, which is the first part due in Week 8. The paper focuses on a management/leadership topic or policy issue relevant to my workplace or community. I’m looking for support in crafting this section following APA guidelines. The background should convey the significance of the chosen topic by reviewing scholarly literature on the problem and its outcomes. Additionally, it should delve into the historical background, context, and past approaches to the problem, drawing insights from credible resources. I’d like the section to include a succinct introduction, body, and conclusion/transition, all within a maximum of 8 pages. The paper must adhere to APA guidelines, including Times New Roman, 12-point font, and proper attention to headings, citations, and references. A separate title page and reference page are required, and the content should be supported by at least six scholarly references.
