HRM 7000 WEEK 3 ASSIGNMENT: Assess Different Types of Performance Appraisals

Whether employees like it or not, performance appraisals are a part of the job.  For this assignment, select three different types of performance appraisals, and then, write a paper explaining the strengths and weaknesses of each style.  In your paper, be sure to address the following areas:

Include five distinct sections:

• Introduction – Provide a general explanation of a performance appraisal.

• Appraisal Type 1

• Appraisal Type 2

• Appraisal Type 3

• Conclusion

(Note: For each appraisal type, discuss the strengths and weaknesses.  You can use either a list or a chart to depict the information.)

Length: 5-7 pages, not including title or reference pages

References: Include a minimum of 4 scholarly references.

The completed assignment should address all of the assignment requirements, exhibit evidence of concept knowledge, and demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the content presented in the course.
