Cost comparison analytics for procurement manager

1- We need to study and understand how to get the best chose during the comparison, you must explain the best method and techniques. In excel or any platform.

2- How we can analytically study the cost from the commercial point of view ? 

3- What factors should be consider during the comparison beside the price ? This most be based on full understanding of the procurement and supply chain management. 

4- You have to make a real comparison ‘ example for buying pipes’ from 4 suppliers from different location.. and present the best practice on a sheet/table. 

5- the presentation should not be presenting with words, it should be informatics, info-graphic,  dash-boarding, charts. 

6- You can refer to newly research or personal experiences.

7- The presentation should between 5 to 6 pages. 

8- The presentation should be well prepared, designed for procurement professional, the letters, colors must be well organized, I will re-tune it back to modify it.
