• Recommend strategies for the leaders in your workplace to better foster creativity at work. 

o for example, you may propose how a manager may aid in the creative process by overcoming change resistance

Note: If you are a full-time student and/or currently not working, you may choose an organisation you are familiar with, e.g., as a volunteer.

Avoid identifying persons by name in your post – please be sensitive and professional 

• To do well, you need to:

• Provide sufficient details about your chosen workplace. 

• For example, you may wish to include background information, images, and drawings

• BE CREATIVE! Note that up to 15 marks will be awarded for the creativity of your submission o 

• Plan your video well; the 5 minutes should focus on pertinent points
