And making sure you understand how to plan the growth and control the return of the investment of SBs will prove fundamental if you someday manage one of them.

Key Criteria for Achieving a High Grade:
a) Structure and organization of the report.
b) Use and application of key concepts, theories, and models.
c) Evidence of research undertaken, including relevant, current data relating to the selected company/organization.
d) Conclusions and recommendations arising from the research undertaken.
e) Use of graphics, diagrams, and images to help communicate ideas.

· This is an individual paper
· Format: MS Word document
· Word count: 2.500 words minimum
· Cover, Table of Contents, References and Appendix are excluded from the total word count.
· Font: Arial 12,5 pts.
· Text alignment: Double Justified.
· The in-text References and the Bibliography must be in the Harvard citation style.
