Talk about some aspects of this way of thinking about behavior and how they either support your thinking or contrast with your way of thinking.

I’ve seen this perspective reflected in my friend, Sasha, who studies every day she doesn’t have to go to work. I always want to go out with her but she is unable to because she has studying to do. She reserves Saturday evenings for friends but the rest of the week she is studying for class. She wants to improve her grades and have a career in nursing so she studies quite a bit. I can see that a humanist perspective that she is continually wanting to improve her life, knowledge and growth by studying and performing well in her life. (252 words)
