Hypothesis
Long-term pinacidil therapy shortens bees’ lives by causing deaths from viral infections.
Consumption of honey with pinacidil residue has the consequences of increasing blood sugars in humans, raising lipid levels, blood pressure, release of insulin hormones and introduction of type II diabetes.
Write your hypothesis phrased as an if/then statement.
If there is continued pinacidil therapy on bees on the one hand, then the population of bees will reduce significantly due to deaths from viral infections.
If the population continues consuming honey with pinacidil residues, they are at a high risk of contracting high blood pressure, sugars, increasing lipid levels and level II diabetes.

My hypothesis is directly related to the question because it includes the research findings and conclusion. Whereas the research question sought to determine if pinacidil therapy contributes to bees’ mortality, the hypothesis confirms that it does.
My second hypothesis is also related to the research question in that, whereas the question sought to research whether the human consumption of honey with pinacidil residues affects human health, the hypothesis confirms that consumers of such honey are highly exposed to blood pressure, diabetes, sugars and lipid levels.
Explain how your hypothesis is testable (in 1–3 sentences).
The first hypothesis is testable through bees’ census and sampling. Some bees can be secluded from the rest; in two classes, one group is kept under pinacidil therapy, and the other is not. Then, after some time, the number of surviving bees can be enumerated to arrive at the figurative effect of the therapy.
The second hypothesis is also testable by healthcare analysis of people who use honey with pinacidil residue. The health of these people may show possible diabetes, sugar levels and blood pressure.
Explain how your hypothesis is falsifiable (in 1–3 sentences).
My hypothesis, however, can be altered while separating the bees who died due to therapy from them that died naturally in the first hypothesis. Since bees can die naturally, it would be possible to argue that the hypothesis is misrepresented.
The second hypothesis may also be altered because factors causing diabetes, high sugar and lipids levels, and pressure are more; hence, differentiating the role of each would falsify the hypothesis.
