Knowledge questions are designed to help you demonstrate the knowledge which you have acquired during the learning phase of this unit. Ensure that you:
review the advice to students regarding answering knowledge questions in the Student User Guide
comply with the due date for assessment which your assessor will provide
adhere with your RTO’s submission guidelines
answer all questions completely and correctly
submit work which is original and, where necessary, properly referenced
submit a completed cover sheet with your work

You work as a care assistant, supporting an aged care resident, they are continually making requests that you are their best friend and as a friend should provide them with food and drink that is prohibited in their health care plan.
Explain how you would deal with the situation referring to the specific limitations of your work role, your responsibilities as a support worker and professional boundaries.
