You are asked to construct a memorandum for leadership in the company, detailing what intent means in a legal sense. Additionally, you are asked to demonstrate intent through the use of case examples. You are asked to explain the difference regarding intent between unintentional and intentional torts.
The memo should be at least 700 words in length in BLUEBOOK format (not counting header information). Be sure to use academic sources and cite per BLUEBOOK guidelines. Make sure that you address all aspects covered in the directives. Be sure to maintain a professional writing style as this is a business correspondence.
You will use a minimum of five academic/legal sources with at least two of those sources being specific case law that concerns intent.
