The Prophets in Their Historical Context
Discuss what you see as the primary role for prophets as revealed in the Old Testament. Is that type of prophetic role still functioning in our time, or was it only temporary? If it is still functioning today, where might it be found? If not, discuss how a church is to properly hear from God apart from a prophetic voice.
